How to pay your bill online:

1. Make sure you are submitting payment to HDA in Birmingham, AL

2. Payment can only be submitted from Google Chrome browser on a desktop computer. Mobile payments are not accepted at this time.

3. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the box below

4. Click "Pay My Bill" to generate the payment form

5. Enter your billing information and payment information in the form, then click submit
